Dr. Rotman graduated from medical school in 1962. He went on to a residency in Dermatology at Case Western University Hospitals. In 1968 Dr. Rotman became a Board Certified Dermatologist.  In 1969 Dr. Rotman began his private practice of Dermatology in Houston, Texas and has remained there ever since. Dr. Rotman has taken training in Dermatologial Surgery for 30 years. He uses numerous surgical techniques to improve damaged skin. He performs laser hair removal along with an array of dermatological procedures.
